Terms of Payment
Payment
must be made in Euros when registering.
Please do not forget to indicate the delegate’s name and “AEPC 2010”
for payments by bank transfer. Two modes of payment are possible:

Please
note: all bank charges, i.e. also foreign ones, have to be borne by the
participant. Do not forget to instruct your bank to process the remittance
“free of all charges for the beneficiary”. For transfers within the
European Union, bank charges will be considerably lower if you indicate the
IBAN and SWIFT codes.

Upon receipt of the completed registration form and remittance of the registration fees, delegates will be sent a confirmation email.
Cancellations and Refunds
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to pco tyrol congress. If cancellation is received by April 15, 2010 payments will be refunded minus bank charges and a handling fee of € 50.-.
No refunds can be made for cancellations after this date. Please note that due to organisational reasons, all refunds will only be processed after the meeting.
